i dont want to engage in drama if u disagree with me just unfollow, if u have beef with one of my friends thats not my concern i do not care. if u want to talk to me u can do so trough discord dms, i dont get to see most messages or stories or whatevers on other platforms. if i blocked you dont attempt to evade it trough alt accounts or trough my friends i blocked you for a reason.reposting my art or using it for your profile pics is only okay with credit.
DO NOT repost my art or animations to tiktok.
DO NOT modify my art. especially if its not a drawing of YOUR character.
DO NOT feed my art to AI.
DO NOT rip off my characters or their stories. inspiration is of course always okay but it is very obvious when something is a straight copy.
DO NOT attempt to impresonate me anywhere. it is incredibly rude and disrespectful and i will immediately report u for that.fanart is always more than okay! feel free to draw my characters in different outfits or give them headcanons/draw them out of character, it makes me happy to see. but at all times DO NOT draw NSFW of my characters and do not ask me to draw you NSFW. i am a minor.i dont have a DNI i will block you if i feel uncomfortable with what you post or interact with.

-NO REFUNDS unless i cannot complete the drawing
-Do NOT use my art for NFT purposes or AI training.
-I have all rights to my work, including using it for my portfolio, social media or similar. Ask for private commissions BEFORE sending in your request!
-When showcasing the art in public spaces make sure to always credit me. Do NOT remove my signature in any scenario.
-All commissions will be finished in a 3-4 week timeframe. If there is a deadline, additional fees will apply (usually from 30-70% of the original price, must be discussed.) It only might take longer if i am having personal issues such as health. In such cases please message me about the status of your commission.payment
-Full payment is required upfront in PayPal or Ko-fi. Payment is always in USD.
-I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have accepted your commission and have asked for payment.usage
-Any commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission is started.
Examples of commercial use include promotional art, stream assets, cover art or anything generating revenue.
-Non-commercial illustrations (e.g., icons, banners) are for personal use only. Reposting with credit is more than okay.
-To use my art for advertisements, derivative content or similar you’ll need to commission it as a commercial use illustration. Feel free to ask me or discuss if there's any confusion.process
-Changes are free during the sketch phase, smaller edits in after phases will mainly also be free but if major might incur extra fees.
-Updates can be requested at any time. I will always send a mandatory update after the sketch is done.
-Once the commission is paid and confirmed, you will be added to my Trello list where you can track the progress of your commission.Feel free to ask any questions regarding my terms of service.
